Apr\u00e8s la dissolution, le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;argile liquide passe \u00e0 travers un tamis vibrant sp\u00e9cial, qui a pour but de retenir les impuret\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans l&rsquo;argile et les particules plus granuleuses. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-top chi-siamo-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 tamis\u00e9e, elle est achemin\u00e9e dans une fosse de confinement o\u00f9 un agitateur lent la maintient constamment en suspension, l&#8217;emp\u00eachant de se d\u00e9poser au fond. De la fosse de confinement, au moyen d&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 membrane, elle est conduite et comprim\u00e9e dans un filtre-presse constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;un ensemble de plaques recouvertes de toiles filtrantes qui permettent de s\u00e9parer l&rsquo;eau de l&rsquo;argile et de raffermir cette derni\u00e8re.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de 6 \u00e0 8 heures, l&rsquo;argile est retir\u00e9e des disques et amen\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape du p\u00e9trissage et du d\u00e9gazage, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des machines sp\u00e9ciales appel\u00e9es p\u00e9trins-d\u00e9gazeurs dans lesquelles l&rsquo;argile est homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9e en l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;air.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forgeage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la sortie des m\u00e9langeurs de d\u00e9gazage, l&rsquo;argile est achemin\u00e9e vers les diff\u00e9rents processus qui peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s manuellement ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de machines de moulage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"sottotitolo2\">Moulage manuel : le<\/span> moulage manuel effectu\u00e9 sur un tour est utilis\u00e9 pour le moulage de poteries ou d&rsquo;objets ronds ; le potier est en effet capable de donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;argile la forme souhait\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;aide de ses seules mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moulage par pressage : pour la production d&rsquo;objets dont un grand nombre de pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre reproduites rapidement, on adopte la technique du moulage par pressage, avec l&rsquo;utilisation de presses hydrauliques sur lesquelles est mont\u00e9 un moule sp\u00e9cial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coul\u00e9e : Dans ce cas, on utilise des argiles kaoliniques blanch\u00e2tres que l&rsquo;on dissout dans l&rsquo;eau avec un agent fluidifiant tel que le silicate de sodium. La barbotine obtenue est vers\u00e9e dans des moules sp\u00e9ciaux o\u00f9 elle repose pendant environ une heure, apr\u00e8s quoi le moule est vid\u00e9 puis ouvert afin de retirer et de finir l&rsquo;objet form\u00e9 autour des parois internes du moule.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-top chi-siamo-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9chage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objets moul\u00e9s n\u00e9cessitent un temps de s\u00e9chage pour que l&rsquo;eau r\u00e9siduelle contenue dans l&rsquo;argile s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore. Ce processus peut se produire naturellement en exposant les objets \u00e0 l&rsquo;air, ou \u00eatre forc\u00e9 par l&rsquo;utilisation de s\u00e9choirs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Premi\u00e8re cuisson<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, les objets sont plac\u00e9s dans un four qui peut fonctionner \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou au gaz. La premi\u00e8re cuisson, qui dure environ 12 heures, porte les objets \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;environ 1 000 degr\u00e9s centigrades, suivie d&rsquo;un refroidissement progressif, qui se produit naturellement par dissipation de la chaleur, ou de mani\u00e8re forc\u00e9e en 24\/48 heures environ, en fonction de la taille des objets et de la masse qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cuite. s&rsquo;effectue manuellement en immergeant l&rsquo;objet dans une solution aqueuse d&rsquo;\u00e9mail. L&rsquo;\u00e9mail est constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;une composition de verre, d&rsquo;opacifiants et de fondants finement broy\u00e9s dans un moulin sp\u00e9cial, dans un rapport de composition d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle il doit \u00eatre soumis. L&rsquo;\u00e9maillage peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au moyen d&rsquo;un a\u00e9rographe dans une cabine sp\u00e9ciale. Pour ce faire, on utilise des couleurs c\u00e9ramiques compos\u00e9es d&rsquo;oxydes min\u00e9raux ou m\u00e9talliques m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 des fondants, en quantit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quate par rapport \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la seconde cuisson. La plus ou moins grande harmonisation entre le d\u00e9cor appliqu\u00e9, l&rsquo;utilisation de la couleur et la forme de l&rsquo;objet constituera alors les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation deuxi\u00e8me cuisson qui, en 8\/10 heures, portera les objets \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 920\/950 degr\u00e9s centigrades, avec un temps de refroidissement suppl\u00e9mentaire d&rsquo;environ 18\/24 heures. Le r\u00e9sultat est un objet de grande valeur, connu sous le nom de majolique, qui a fait de Caltagirone l&rsquo;un des principaux centres de production. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-top chi-siamo-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Traitement et d\u00e9coration des carreaux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CEAR ceramics est avant tout synonyme d&rsquo;expertise technique interne sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la gamme de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les tuiles et les pi\u00e8ces sp\u00e9ciales telles que les torelli, les crayons, etc., le processus commence par la production des argiles en interne et, au moyen d&rsquo;une installation de d\u00e9coupe sp\u00e9ciale, les diff\u00e9rents formats 10&#215;10 - 15&#215;15 - 20&#215;20 sont produits, tandis que les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces sp\u00e9ciales sont produites par extrusion \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un m\u00e9langeur de d\u00e9gazage sp\u00e9cial. Pour ce faire, on utilise de l&rsquo;argile pure pour produire des tuiles compactes et on n&rsquo;utilise pas d&rsquo;additifs couramment utilis\u00e9s comme le sable pouzzolanique, car ce type de produit a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 ses limites surtout en termes de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion due au pi\u00e9tinement et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9maillage de la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un premier cycle de cuisson \u00e0 990\u00b0 C am\u00e8ne les tuiles au degr\u00e9 maximum de vitrification du m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re cuisson, les carreaux sont recouverts d&rsquo;\u00e9maux appropri\u00e9s et soumis \u00e0 la artistique incontestable et encore visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos carreaux, afin de garantir une valeur ajout\u00e9e maximale pour l&rsquo;utilisation de la d\u00e9coration, qui est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e strictement \u00e0 la main, sont d\u00e9cor\u00e9s au moyen du <span class=\"grassetto\">\"spolvero\"<\/span>, une technique traditionnelle qui consiste \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter Ensuite, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un tampon de poudre de charbon de bois, la d\u00e9coration est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e sur le carreau, et les d\u00e9corateurs habiles, sur la trace restante, proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution compl\u00e8te de la d\u00e9coration \u00e0 la main, en passant les diff\u00e9rentes couleurs et les diff\u00e9rents contours.
