Shipping arrangements and costs.

Our goods travel by DHL Express Courier and are insured in case of breakage.

Our company has specialized in online trade and packaging for years, and this is already a guarantee for our customers. We use double-wave cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and cubed Styrofoam for packaging to ensure maximum safety and prevent breakage.

We ship routinely and daily both domestically and internationally.

Shipping costs for Italy for orders up to € 148.00 are € 6.99 including VAT, while for orders above that, shipping is free.

For all other destinations, the transportation cost will be calculated automatically by entering the destination country.

Availability
It is reported for each item in the relevant product sheet.

If the product appears to be in limited availability, you may receive an email that the item is out of stock, or be notified of the time it will take to make.

Delivery time

Since our items are entirely handmade, delivery time may vary depending on the type of item and availability, we generally ship within 3/10 business days.

Control of goods received

We ask that you check the integrity of the goods upon receipt and immediately report any damage to the packaging wrapping or the item itself to the shipper. If you receive a damaged item, please review our “Refund Policy” page and follow the procedure.
