Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, fructose, sugar, natural mother yeast in powder (wheat), emulsifier E471, powdered milk, aromas, egg yolks, sale, butter, brewer's yeast, 100% toasted hazelnut paste, chopped toasted hazelnut, refined vegetable fat (sunflower, palm, safflower, rice, cotton), lactose, milk's proteins, emulsifier: lecithin of soy, aromas.

It may contain traces of soy and nuts.
