Handmade ceramic decorative medium pinecone, Italian product made in our factory in Caltagirone. The pine cone, since the time of the Babylonians and later the Greeks and Romans, was considered a symbol of fertility, being the fruit of sturdy trees such as pine trees; in addition, the pine nuts contained within it are very nutritious. Today it is used as an ornament on gate pillars, balcony railings or as wedding favors being a symbol of good omen and prosperity.
