Shipping methods and costs.

Our goods travel with DHL Express Courier and are insured in case of breakage.

Our company has been specializing in online commerce and packaging for years, and this already represents a guarantee for our customers. For the packaging we use double-wave cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and cubed polystyrene, to ensure maximum safety and avoid breakage.

We ship regularly and daily both in Italy and abroad.

Shipping costs for Italy for orders up to € 99 have a cost of € 9.00 including VAT, while shipping is free for higher orders.

For all other destinations the cost of transport will be calculated automatically by entering the country of destination.

Availability
It is reported for each item in the relevant product sheet.

If the product is in limited availability, you may receive an email that the item is finished, or be notified of the time required for completion.

Delivery time

Since our items are entirely handmade, delivery times may vary depending on the type of item and availability, we generally ship within 3/10 working days.

Control of the goods received

We ask you to check the integrity of the goods upon receipt and immediately report to the shipper any damage to the wrapping of the packaging or to the article itself. If you have received a damaged item, please review our "Refund Policy" page and follow the procedure.
